Recycling clothes in Tel Aviv

I have had the opportunity to live in and visit many countries around the world but I have never before come across such an ingenious and effective idea.  These large blue metal bins are dotted around Tel Aviv at prominent collection points and their sole purpose is for people to put their unwanted second-hand clothing.  What could be more simple?  So, the next time you want to do some Spring cleaning and throw away clothing items such as hats, t-shirts, shirts, shoes, shorts, trousers, dresses and handbags etc as depicted in the pictogram then you will know where to put them.  According to the Rosnir רוזניר website, http://web.my2all.com/Sites2/rosniren/ "Rosnir Tel Aviv Ltd. was established in 1984 and is the younger partner of the Rosenkranz company which was set up in 1950, as is today run by the third generation of the family.  Both of these family owned companies deal with the collection, processing and recycling of second-hand cloth" (sic).
