This is an excellent book, a weighty tome full of alluring photographs of architectural styles in Tunis. The author Charles Bilas was born in Tunis in 1955 and studied at the School of Architecture in Paris-Conflans. Thomas Bilanges is a historian by training and is also an independent photographer. His enchanting photographs are certainly bewitching and appear to cast a spell on the reader tempting them to come and visit Tunis to discover its delightful architecture for themselves.
I should also add that this book is in French.
