Whilst on a leisurely stroll in Sidi Bou Said on Sunday morning, we came across a typically Tunisian sight, a man selling little bouquets of jasmine flowers picked by hand, meticulously assembled and beautifully presented.  These flowers are called, Machmoum.  They are highly scented and cost between 500 millimes and 1 dinar each.  (1.00 TND = 0.50 Euro cents).
